Our installations are guaranteed for 12 months, and our quality assured products are all backed by manufacturers’ warranties of up to 20 years.

Our fitting service
Unless clearly shown otherwise on your invoice, our fitting services are provided on the basis that the room has been cleared of all furniture, the old flooring, including underlay, has been removed and the floor is suitable to receive the new flooring. This is especially important if we are fitting vinyl or laminate. Existing gripper rods and thresholds/door-bars should be left in place if they are to be reused.
If you are aware of any potential issues that are not visible, or if you have underfloor heating, please be sure to tell us.
We appreciate that not all of our customers are able to clear rooms and prepare floors and so we are able to offer preparation services. See our FAQ’s for more infomation.
FAQ's
Do you charge extra for fitting?
This makes our prices for a fully fitted carpet very competitive and consistently less than competitors charging fitting as an extra.
Can you remove old carpets and move furniture?
As our fitters require a clear room, most of our customers move their own furniture and remove old floorcoverings. However, we understand that not all of our customers are able to clear rooms and prepare floors and so we are able to offer preparation services which include:
• Uplift and removal of existing floorcoverings;
• Removal and replacement of furniture and appliances;
• Repairs of floors, screeding and hardboard/plywood preparation;
• Door-trimming (easing) services;
We also offer re-fitting and re-stretching services for existing carpets.
Larger items that cannot be removed such as beds and sofas can often be worked around. We would always ask that you remove any valuable or breakable items.

What happens if there are unforseen works?
We strive to make our estimates as accurate as possible and our estimators will work closely with you to identify any issues from the start. However, on occasion genuine unforeseen items can occur. These are not always evident until the existing coverings are removed. If additional charges are required, we will discuss these with you, and any additional costs will be confirmed in writing pending your acceptance prior to works commencing.
